Hyundai UK required a high-performance industrial floor coating for a new 2,200 m² warehouse and distribution facility at Tilbury Docks. Background
The Tilbury Docks facility was designed to support Hyundai UK’s warehousing and distribution activities, so the floor had to cope with regular materials handling, pallet movement and traffic around racking and dispatch zones. As with any busy warehouse, performance and layout clarity were equally important.
The floor also needed to support a neat, professional appearance in keeping with a modern logistics environment. By using contrasting colours and line markings within the industrial flooring scheme, the warehouse could be divided into practical working zones without relying solely on surface paint.
